ReFried Beans

Soak beans in water overnight. Cook until tender.

Place beans in the food processor, and blend until a creamy textured is achieved. Add minced garlic, salt, tabasco and half the cheese and process again.

Place in a baking dish, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with chopped onion.

You can substitute the red beans for your choice of legume.

This combination can be used to make :
- bean burritos
- bean tostadas
- add a quart (litre) of chicken broth and you have a creamy bean soup.

**Dog friendly?:no onion.

6 cups water
1 cup shredded cheese
2-3 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp tabasco
1 chopped onion
