Turkey Meatloaf

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients well.
If you want to, you can baste it with your favorite BBQ sauce or a tomato-based sauce of any kind.
Cook about an hour.

***You can also add spinach, collard/mustard greens, corn, unsulfered raisins. You can give it a Mexican flare by adding Jalepenos. For an Italian flare stuff sundried tomatoes with ricota cheese and add whole to the mix. A Mediterranian flare by adding pitted olives. For a chinese flare add watercrest, bokchoy. Just chop and add.

This can be cooked in either a bread pan or muffin molds.
This recipe works with ground chicken, turkey or lamb.

Serve plain or with a natural broth gravy.

1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup breading
salt & pepper
2 egg whites
parsley
favorite spices
