Stuff It !

Saute celery and onion in 4 tbs broth. Add bread crumbs. Add broth, herbs and salt & pepper. Cook to desired consistancy.

To this combination you can add: unsulfered raisins, chopped apple, chopped dried apricot.
With this base you can stuff poultry, fish or meat loaf.

If you want to stuff onion, cabbage leaves, bell peppers, zuchinni, mushrooms, tomatoes, pasta or chinese-style dumplings then you can add to the mix your choice of the following;
cooked rice, grated cheese, spinach,chopped bok choy, cooked shrimp/seafood, cooked ground chicken, turkey or lamb or low-fat smoked turkey sausage.

Be Adventurous !
1 celery heart w/leaves chopped
1 med chopped onion
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup broth
(vegetable or chicken)
herbs to taste
(thyme, savory ect)
salt & pepper
Garlic to taste
